Office Hours
Our regular office hours for pediatric
dentistry are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. For
orthodontics, the regular office hours are from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday
through Thursday. The office is closed on the weekends and major holidays as
well as at times when the doctors and staff are attending continuing
education programs.
How are
Appointments Scheduled?
Patients are
seen by appointment only. Please call in advance so that we may reserve a
time for you. We make every effort to be on time for our patients, and we
ask that you extend the same courtesy to us. If you cannot keep an
appointment, please notify us immediately. If possible, please give 24 hours
notice. This courtesy on your part makes it possible for us to give your
appointment to another patient. We realize that unexpected things can
happen, but we ask for your assistance in this regard.
The office attempts to schedule appointments at your
convenience and when time is available. Preschool children should be seen in
the morning because they are fresher and we can work more slowly with them for their comfort. School children with a lot of work to be done
should be seen in the morning for the same reason. Dental appointments are
an excused absence. Missing school can be kept to a minimum when regular
dental care is continued.

Do I Stay with My Child During the Visit?
You may stay
with your child through their dental experience. Our
purpose is to gain your child's confidence and overcome apprehension.
During future appointments you may allow your child to accompany our staff
through the dental experience. We do not use any restraints when
treating patients. Our office is also set up for handicapped
access/special needs patients.
For the safety and privacy of all patients, other children who are not being
treated should remain in the reception room with a supervising adult.

Fees and Payment Policy
In an effort to keep costs down while maintaining the highest level of
professional care, we have established the financial policy as follows:
For Pediatric Dentistry:
-
Payment of
balance in full within 10 days of statement date.
-
Use of your
VISA or MasterCard.
-
Care Credit
is offered as a payment option.
For Orthodontics:
-
If full
payment is made at the onset of treatment, we will offer a fee
discount. If you have insurance, we will offer a discount for
payment of your portion of the fee that will not be covered by the
insurance.
-
To fit the
needs of our patients, a financial arrangement can be made to extend
your payments over a period of months.

Insurance
If you have insurance we
will help you determine the coverage you have available. We accept
assignment from most insurance companies. If we accept assignment from
your insurance, the balance will be arranged for you to pay as listed
above.
Professional care is provided to you, our patient, and not to an
insurance company. Thus, the insurance company is responsible to the
patient and the patient is responsible to the doctor. We will help in
every way we can in filing your claim and handling insurance questions
from our office on your behalf.
